1. Description of Service
GetSteamCard ("we", "us", "the Service") provides a cloud-based ArchiSteamFarm (ASF) hosting service that allows users to run Steam game idling sessions on remote servers. The Service includes features such as 32-game parallel concurrency, per-second pause-on-disconnect billing, batch key activation, free game library expansion, inventory unpacking, and disconnect email alerts.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. By registering, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and current information during registration.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes
- Not use the Service to abuse, exploit, or violate Steam's terms of service in ways beyond standard ASF functionality
- Be solely responsible for the security of your own Steam accounts, including enabling Steam Guard and 2FA
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service
5. Billing & Per-Second Metering
The Service uses a per-second billing model. Time is only deducted when your Steam account is actively connected and running tasks. If your account disconnects (for any reason), billing freezes instantly.
When multiple Steam accounts are online simultaneously, time is deducted using a concurrent multiplier (e.g., 5 accounts running for 1 hour = 5 hours deducted from your balance). "1 Day" of time equals exactly 24 hours of real-time usage, not a calendar day.
6. Free Trial
New users receive 24 hours of free farming time upon registration. No payment method is required. The free trial provides full access to all features.

8. Account Ban & Automation Risk Disclaimer
While we use the legitimate, compliant ArchiSteamFarm (ASF) protocol — which communicates with Steam servers without injecting or modifying any game files — users acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of using any automation tool. GetSteamCard is not responsible for any Steam account bans (VAC or otherwise), trade restrictions, red-letter warnings, or loss of virtual assets that may result from using this or any other third-party service.
9. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or temporarily suspend the Service. Billing automatically pauses during any server-side downtime that affects your farming sessions.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination for cause (e.g., abuse, fraud, resource manipulation), remaining time balance is forfeited and not eligible for refund.
You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting us. Eligible unused balance may be refunded per our Refund Policy.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetSteamCard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the website.
