We want you to be happy with GetSteamCard. If you're not fully satisfied, we offer pro-rata refunds based on your remaining unused time balance — subject to the conditions below.

Due to fixed per-transaction processing fees charged by international payment gateways (typically $0.30 + percentage), refunds are only available when the remaining unconsumed account value exceeds $2.00 USD (or equivalent). Balances below this threshold cannot be refunded, as the processing fees would exceed the refund amount.

Refunds are processed exclusively to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot issue refunds to a different payment method, bank account, or cryptocurrency wallet. This policy exists to comply with anti-money-laundering (AML) regulations.

Refund requests are typically reviewed and processed within 3–5 business days. Once approved, the refund may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
