1. Our Commitment
We want you to be happy with GetSteamCard. If you're not fully satisfied, we offer pro-rata refunds based on your remaining unused time balance — subject to the conditions below.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, you must meet all of the following conditions:
- Your account is in good standing (not suspended for Terms of Service violations)
- The refund request is submitted via email to zhaifangyuan2@gmail.com
3. Minimum Refund Threshold
Due to fixed per-transaction processing fees charged by international payment gateways (typically $0.30 + percentage), refunds are only available when the remaining unconsumed account value exceeds $2.00 USD (or equivalent). Balances below this threshold cannot be refunded, as the processing fees would exceed the refund amount.
4. Refund Calculation
Refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis:
- We determine the percentage of unused time remaining in your balance
- The refund amount = (unused time / total purchased time) × amount paid
- Payment gateway fees already incurred on the original transaction are non-refundable
5. Refund Method
Refunds are processed exclusively to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot issue refunds to a different payment method, bank account, or cryptocurrency wallet. This policy exists to comply with anti-money-laundering (AML) regulations.
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refund:
- Free trial time: The complimentary 24-hour trial is a gift and cannot be converted to monetary value
- Accounts terminated for cause: If your account was suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., abuse, fraud, or resource manipulation), all remaining time balance is forfeited
- Promotional credits: Any bonus time or promotional credits added to your account
7. Processing Time
Refund requests are typically reviewed and processed within 3–5 business days. Once approved, the refund may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
